How do I log a meal?

Type naturally in the chat bar on the home screen. For example, type "had eggs and toast for breakfast" or "chicken salad for lunch with a side of rice" and the AI will parse it automatically and estimate nutrition.

How do I track my water intake?

Tap the "+Water" button on the home screen to quickly add a glass (250ml). You can also use the Water Tracker card to add different amounts like a bottle (500ml), or type "drank 2 glasses of water" in the chat.

How do I log sleep?

Tap the Sleep quick action button on the home screen, or type something like "slept 7 hours last night" in the chat. You can rate your sleep quality and add notes about how you felt.

How do I log my mood?

Use the mood check-in button on the home screen, or type how you're feeling in the chat, like "feeling tired today" or "great energy this morning". The app tracks your mood patterns over time.

Is my health data secure?

Yes! All your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Row-Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data. We never sell your health information to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Does the app require an internet connection?

Yes, Strongly currently requires an internet connection to log and sync your data. Offline mode is planned for a future release.

What platforms are supported?

Strongly works on the web (any modern browser) and has a native Android app. iOS support is planned for the future. The web app works great on mobile browsers too.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Edit Profile and scroll to the bottom to find the delete account option. You can also visit our account deletion page. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

How do I log workouts?

Use the chat bar and describe your workout naturally: "Did 3 sets of 10 bench press at 185 pounds" or "ran 5 miles in 45 minutes." The AI parses the exercise, sets, reps, and weight automatically. You can log strength training, cardio, bodyweight exercises, and stretching — Strongly tracks personal records and long-term progress across all of them.

What is Coaching Mode?

Coaching Mode is an AI-powered accountability system. Set your goals and the AI generates action steps, then checks in with you regularly (daily or weekly). It tracks your progress and adjusts recommendations based on what you're actually logging — not generic advice. Available on Pro and Premium plans.

How do I generate a Health Report?

Go to your Profile tab and tap "Generate Health Report." The AI analyzes your recent data across 8 categories (nutrition, sleep, fitness, labs, body composition, and more) and produces a comprehensive report you can read or share with your doctor. Reports require at least a few weeks of logged data for meaningful analysis.

Can I connect my fitness tracker or Apple Watch?

Yes. On iOS, Strongly integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to sync steps, heart rate, sleep, and workouts. On Android, it integrates with Health Connect. Go to Profile → Wearables to set up the connection. Note: wearable integration requires the native mobile app, not the web version.

How does voice logging work?

Tap the microphone icon in the chat bar and speak your log: "I had oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast" or "went for a 30-minute run." Voice input works in Chrome on the web and in the native Android app. It transcribes and processes your log the same as typed input.

How do I log a body composition scan?

After getting an InBody, DEXA, or other BIA scan, tap "Add Body Scan" in the Data tab. Take or upload a photo of your result sheet — the AI reads all the numbers including body fat %, lean mass, visceral fat level, segmental muscle, and more. Review the extracted values before saving. Photos are not stored; only the extracted metrics are retained.

How do streaks and achievements work?

Streaks track your daily logging consistency — log at least one item per day to maintain your streak. If you miss a day, you have a 3-day backdate window to recover it. Strongly has 27 achievements across categories like nutrition, fitness, and consistency. Check your Journey tab to see your progress and unlock new achievements.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription, which opens the Whop billing portal. You can cancel there and retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free plan and all your data is preserved. For billing questions, email support@thestrongly.app.
