Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including meals, sleep logs, water intake, mood entries, and profile information will be permanently deleted.
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives:
- Export your data first: Go to Profile > Export Data in the app to download a copy of your data before deleting
- Take a break: You can simply log out and return later without losing your data
- Contact support: If you're experiencing issues, we'd love to help. Email us at support@thestrongly.app
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Strongly app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap Edit Profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to privacy@thestrongly.app with:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
We will verify your identity and process your request within 48 hours.
Option 3: Submit a Deletion Request
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, settings)
- All meal and nutrition logs
- Sleep tracking data
- Water intake records
- Mood and energy check-ins
- Connected device data
- Any uploaded photos or files
Data deletion timeline: Your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Backup copies are purged within 30 days.
